When I need to update my components, one of my lifesaver tools is Finalbuilder from VSoft. Vincent Parrett and his team have really created an incredible tool that can build complex scripts to compile Delphi projects (and others) as well as do file copying and moving, deleting and so many other tools.
I’ve built a comprehensive script so that periodically when a component update happens, I can either call just that section of the script to compile and run or I can periodically recompile all my components, which I always do when a new update or patch to Delphi happens.
